What are the cleaning fees? In order to guarantee you optimal comfort, cleaning, maintenance of bed linen and towels are carried out by professionals and comply with all health standards following "Covid-19". It is specified that the number of tenants will be strictly limited to the number of people indicated during the initial reservation. No additional tenants will be authorized without prior agreement from Terra Luxuria or the owner. Any failure to comply with this rule will expose you to additional costs or prosecution.
